I think friends just dont want you to feel worse. They want you to feel good about yourself like most people. For this reason I dont tell my friends when I trying to lose weight. When they see me next time and say WOW you look great did you lose some weight , I just feels so much better and inspiring to lose more and work…

i have a rice cooker. It was kinda expensive but got it as a gift. Makes brown rice taste a lot more like white rice especially the texture. Make sure to always rinse the rice until the water is clear before cooking it. I also use low sodium natural chicken stock and it taste pretty good.

May be they do notice, at the start of diet and exercise some just don't like to say " Hey did you lose some weight ?" For the fear of what you will say back. Just like asking if some one is pregnant when they just gained weight. LOL

I did the whole 30 days . Did n0t really like it I felt like it did not do much in the later weeks of the work outs .

Height 5' 3" weight 170 Goal weight 115-125 Calories 1399 Eat exercise calories ? No not usually but occasionally do have bad days ,trying to cut out a lot of sugar. weight loss - Usually 1-2 lbs per week ( If I dont eat a lot of sugar or splerge )

do you eat alot of refined sugars and carbs? If you cut out some of your sugar and fats and increase protein a little you may see results. This was also my mistake I have a real sugar tooth. In 1 week of cutting out SOME of my carbs , eating healthy carbs and less refined foods I have lost a total of 4 lbs .

when I was pregnant last year my ob told me I could do a maintain plan. She said she would be happy with that , some times maintaining the weight you will come out lighter in the end of pregnancy. I on the other hand could not exercise for the first three months because of some spotting . Everyone is different
