One week is not long enough. The weight wasn't gained over night, the loss won't be either. Stay consistent w/myfitnesspal & the exercise, you'll get there! :)

It comes off with consistency. Your body is trying to adjust but it does it on its own time, not ours! ;) Keep the faith & continue the journey. It is so worth it!

Agree with wpgjim, better to go over with lean protein than under. Protein keeps you feeling full for a longer period of time :)

Yep, frontloading calories in the beginning of the day, instead of later works! I don't feel deprived & I feel satisfied too :)

Focus on lean protein, like chicken without the skin, and fish, and a serving size (3-4 oz) no bigger than your palm. Then stick with steamed vegetables (the ones not covered in cheese) & sprinkle with some fresh lemon. You have a lot of people supporting you here, you can do it! ;)

Stay consistent and you'll lose the unwanted fat. Starting out with small sets of push-ups (3 sets of 5) at home, then working up, really helped my arms.
