Check out sweatybands.com. They're awesome!! They stay in place and I'm out running like crazy training for a half marathon.

I read an article yesterday that stated one way to alleviate this is sit back on your heels so you are not placing your weight forward on your feet.

Feel free to add me!! I am running my first half in March.

Thank you all for the feedback. I agree that running outside is much better but I am not used to the cold winters of NY (Long Island). I came from the desert before this. I do try and go outside when its 30+. Another thing is I don't have the cold weather running gear yet...working on it. I really don't like the…

I'm a working mom of a three year old and almost two year old. My husband is military and so at times I feel like a single mom but I've reached my goal weight so I'm pumped!! Feel free to add me

From my understanding you upload your pics to a site like photobucket. Once your photo is there copy the img code and paste it into mfp. You will need to change the IMG to img for it to work. And I have seen other people say to get the size thing right it needs to be under 500 pixels. Hope this helps!

Request sent!! Always looking for motivational people!

Wow!!! You are right you're husband is not going to recognize you at all! You don't look the same. Mine came home and I was only down 20ish and he didn't recognize me! That was an awesome feeling!

Hi! I'll be moving to NY in a few weeks (Levittown). Add me and it will be awesome to have a MFP friend so close.

You look great!! Awesome job!!

Congrats thats awesome!! Along those same lines I weighed my baby who just turned a year old (she doesn't weigh as much as the dr's would like but I think she's just fine) and she weighs as much as I've lost...so I've essentially lost my baby

I found out that mfp bases its numbers on your resting heart rate being 72. So if you're different than that your actual number will be different. Using a hrm is gonna give you the most accurate number. I found that mfp would vary based on the activity. Some were high and some were low but I'm glad I have a hrm. Its nice…

You could look to see if there is a pregnancy yoga class at your local gym or community center. Swimming is also really good for you while pregnant. Just looking cute and/or finding a suit as your tummy grows is another issue :) Good luck!!

Both of you guys sound like me!! I would def love the extra motivation as well as being able to help you out. I've had two c-sections and I got back to pre-pregnancy with both but that was to 184 (started using MFP at 182). Not an ideal weight!! My goal is to be around 125-130. I'm currently at 178 after doing this for a…
