heart rate monitor?

any recommendations? and advice never bought one. but i think it will be helpful in my insanity workouts.

    Depends on what you can spend but I know Polar is a great one. I could not afford that right now so I purchased the one from Walmart that has the chest strap and it works great! Cost $50.

    I have a Polar Wearlink + Bluetooth. U link it up to ur android phone and its a Chest strap. Cost $85.00.

    I got a Polar FT40, I spent over 160 on it, I know, way too much money. But it also comes with the Wear Link, which is why I purchased that one.....

    If you can afford it, get Polar FT40/FT60 -- I wish I had spent a little more and gotten one of those.

    I have a Polar FT7 though and love it.
