Its a grey area. Yes it calories. But its not a bad thing to see some fruits and veggies as 'free foods'. This ^^^^^ You're just cheating youself if you eat cleaning calories. Its part of everyday life and already accounted for. If cleaning counts as exercise then there should be an option for 'running around after a toddler all day'. But there isn't, because thats life. :laugh:

I found mine are under estimated. Now I have my HRM working again and I work out calories burned by my Average HR MFP was under estimating what I was burning! No wonder I have been so hungry! Anyway, I have felt much better this week knowing how much I am burning so I can eat back the correct amount. Still lost weight too…

I need 7.5-8 hrs to feel ok. I can live with 7 but 6.5 and under I am horrible! And just can't function! Lol I love my sleep. I find it really helps my exercise and performace if I am well rested. Treat yourself. On a day you exercise have the piece of chocolate or some frozen yogurt or a small piece of cake. However, if its really bad and you feel a binge coming on I go for a walk. I would start with walking. Try and walk for 20mins 3-4 times a week. The the next week 25, then the next week 30 until you can comfortablely walk for 45-60mins. Its hard to blame ourselves, and easier to blame others. Sometimes its best to not ask that question. Just observe where that person is in their journey, and hope that your thoughts can influcence them and make them think. Direct questions can usually have the opposite affect.

22-23. So I can weight anything between 8st 12 and 9st 4. I think thats a realistic goal and gives me a good range I can be in so I won't be too obsessed with the scales going up and down when I am maintaining.

Eat normally, drink 2 litres if water a day and avoid high salt foods as salt can help you retain water. I somtimes find avoiding bread helps me, but everyone is different. Don't avoid carbs other wise you will feel awful by the time you get the the wedding.
