I definitely feel the same, wish it were that easy! But I'm slowly realising that it will take a complete lifestyle change.. Eating, exercising, and no going back to the big bags of chips and tubs of ben&jerry's when I reach my goal!

Hi! I need to break my bad habits too: eating take-out and staying on the couch instead of exercising. I started mfp two months ago. First week was good, second was good enough, and then i went back to my old habits again. Maybe we can motivate each other? Good luck!

I'm the same! I eat when i'm bored.. What is up with that? There are a million things i could do, but the one i choose is eating. And i feel bad afterwards. Then when i'm unhappy, i eat some more. And feel even worse afterwards. I know that exercise makes me feel better, now all i have to do is get started. I need to break…
