  • I assure you you will have a wonderful time. They do offer a good range of foods and there are always alternatives available. I always tried to keep low calories during the day and then more freedom for the evenings. It is just mind boggling when you see all the food and I know it wont be easy it will test your resolve.
  • I find I there is no where for me when I need a wee. THEN I am all the more likely to want to go. Typical i guess. So I purchased a Shewee and it works well . Takes a little practice which I did for a couple of weeks before relying on it. I have included an Amazon link so you know what Im talking about. It is also handy…

  • I was out in the garden on a beautiful summers day, at the back of the house were no one could see me or so I thought. When I heard my neighbour shout to his wife (who was then a stick insect) 'OMG had you seen the state of her next door in those shorts!' followed by a laugh. It hurt so very much. However at that time it…
  • He is a lovely dog, not mine I am afraid. But I did fall in love with him the moment I met him. Will see him again later in the year. Animals do tug at those heart strings!
  • Hi there. Thanks to everyone for your replies. I think it was the bigger one which confused me. I will look for the Potato Council. Thanks again to every one.
  • I was married for 34 years some good some not so. Now I have been divorced for 2 years. I am happy living life, taking care of me and only me to let me down and only me to please. May sound selfish but I am happy with things as they are at the moment. Who knows what the Gods have planned for me in the future. But ..... I…

  • I want in please!. Not done a challenge before so will be interesting. 173lbs at present but hope to be less by date. End of challenge 163lbs would be good or even more would be phenomenal. I weigh on a Monday but not able to log it till Monday evening as I work till after 6pm. I will be needing some help with how to set…
  • I have used mine from the start but not for everything. Then I decided to weigh it all and realised I was undercutting myself with certain things. So now I find it easier. They sit on my kitchen windowsill, they are not very big but, but they are big in getting rid of my weight. It is well worth making the effort :)
  • I have always had large boobs. When I started this time I was 38G. Now so far I am a 36F I don't really want them to go any smaller just yet as they are in proportion with the rest of me. So I am hoping that it stays that way as I loose more weight. I agree buying a bra is a pain as non of the shop's sizes are the same and…

  • Hi I bought a machine to make air blown popcorn, it requires no fat and lowers the calories. I am never sure what to put on it to add flavour. But I do quite like it just as it is. I have tried putting it in a Tupperware box with a couple of squirts of spray-lite and a sprinkling of sea salt also tried with artificial…
