The lowest MFP will go is 1200. So if put in to lose 2 pounds a week and that would put you under 1200, then MFP sets to 1200. Mine is 1200.

Being a female your grip will take time to buildup. You can use weight lifting straps until you buildup your grip. I wouldn't go off the BMI. I was trying to get there too. 150 for my height. As I got close to 160 everyone keep telling me I look sickly. I gained, muscle, back to 170 and now everyone tells me I look good. Need to find a healthy weight for you.

this is so true. Are you sore after a workout. Water retension may be the cause. Give it two more weeks and see if the weight starts coming off
