I totally agree i was on contaceptive pill for years and was absolutely fine, i had a break for a couple of years then went back on them. I'm not sure what happened in that break but my body hated them! i put on loads of weight, my mood was terrible, depression, i felt tired all the time and really lethargic and not to…

Hi All, I use Cardio trainer and i have to say i have been quite impressed with it. The GPS seems to be pretty good and when i insert my work outs from that into MFP the calories seems to be similar give or take a few. It works well for me :)

Hey, I think it's different for everyone. I like to plan my day ahead so i know how many calories i have left for emergencies! Also it helps me keep focussed and on track. I think it's down to preference :) Have a great day
