Hey guys,

Just wanted to pop in and say hello, I've started using MFP to help keep an eye on my calorie intake and get more information on the foods I eat, also to help keep track of my exercises.

I'm not looking to lose too much weight, I'm around 175 pounds at the moment and I'm 5'10". I'm looking to lower to around 165-168 pounds, I'd like to stay around the 12stone mark.

I am looking to lose body fat, increase fitness, gain some muscle and lead a healthier life :)

    I've come to learn as much as anything! My knowledge on foods etc are is very limited.
  • You will find lots of information on here and especially useful is the nutritional value of what yoru eating.

    Same here, I'm 172 I think...want to get to 167 or so. However, I'm going to start the INSANITY workout to tone up. Maybe even P90X later.

    I'm in a running club so I burn calories that way pretty easily...I'm mainly looking to tone up/gain muscle.
