I don't believe everything I read so let me tell you my .02... I started drinking lemon water because I thought it would make me drink more. It did, but the other thing I can attest to is the way it cleared my acne. I tried EVERYTHING. This worked.

It's frustrating if nothing else. But maybe our friends here on MFP have a point. Bread and pasta are not my friends either. Maybe you should put that scale away and base your weight gain/loss on how your clothes fit. We focus too much on what that scale says and it has a negative impact on our mood if it doesn't go how we want it to. Just a thought.

There's no one right answer. Everyone is different, we lose weight differently, we are built differently. You have to do what works for your body type, your level of commitment.
