Starting my second time through Stage 7 tonight. Partly because I am still reading NROL for Abs and not quite ready to start yet.

Your results are inspiring! Thanks for posting them here. I am doing measurements and pictures tonight (YUCK). So far I have lost 40lbs, (before NROLFW) but recently (despite going to the gym 5-6 days a week) things have slowed down. I am sure this is just what I need. I read the whole book first and I am still excited to…

I started stage one this week! I have done work a and b each one time. I am doing about 30 minutes of cardio work 4-5 times a week. Are you following the meal plan offered in the book or just tracking calories? I love it so far!

I live in York County and its very cold. I have been going to the gym for the most part, but I do get out for a walk/run. I try to do it at lunch when the sun is out. Once I get going its not too bad. I have been rewarding myself for going to the gym by tanning for a few minutes a day. Seems to help keep me motivated :)

I started walking during my lunch break in August. I was feeling so low and had no energy. Now if I can't get out and walk I feel lost. I use my time to memorize music for a drum corps I march in. It is a great opportunity to focus on just one thing at a time. I can listen to the songs on my ipod and go over my parts in my…
