Hello! I have been using the site off and on for a few months now but I am trying to build some consistency. Going to school for my Masters, working full time and having twin toddlers consumes so much of my time. I tend to quickly forget or lose track what I am eating or doing for exercise. Its hard to make "me time" as I am sure any parent can agree to. I need to stay on track and stay focused. I know I can improve my health since I have done it before, I just need the occasional kick in the butt mixed in with positive motivation.

    Hi from Mid-West Michigan!
Good luck with everything! :) just stick with it and know that if you want it bad enough, you'll make it happen.

Welcome! MFP is a great tool, but it only works if we use it. That is what helps me stay consistent. I am a parent also, and know what its like raising kids and going to school, I just got my bachelors a year ago and have 3 kids, takes a lot of work, but its well worth it.
