A binge means different amount to different people! It's the way you feel while you are eating - for me, at least.

Congratulations! I read somewhere that you only have to eat 200-300 extra calories when you're pregnant, hope that helps!

I don't want anyone to think I'm calling myself skinny because I'm not...but I started using this site to keep an eye on my calories and keep them constant as I struggle with under eating and then binging - it's more to control myself then to loose weight!

I eat three small meals and 2-3 snacks a day. I've tried just three bigger meals but I just get hungry in-between and find myself snacking anyway!

I have the opposite problem, my boyfriend is always trying to get me to eat more, which is frustrating and usually ends up with an argument :-(
