  • I just read the book and I'm going to try it out as well. It can't hurt and it is something you could do as a lifestyle change. We don't need all those processed carbs and sugars so let the losing begin. :)

  • I agree, don't stress. It seems the up and down of the calories help me to lose. If I have a day I go over I just try to do well the next couple of days to make up for it. Lesson learned on the expensive breakfast! Keep up the good work.

  • No you're not. I find it very offensive. Some folks are just rude. There are things we could say about them but they it would fall into sterotypes and I don't do that.
