I eat Ryvita almost every day. Laughing Cow wedge spread with cucumber and/or tomato and/or sliced hard boiled egg. With Cottage cheese and green onion and pepper I usually eat my Ryvita sandwiches with my egg omelette for breakfast or with tuna for lunch.

Really inspiring! I'm 200 and 5'5". I started last week and shed a few pounds. I'm looking for an eliptical second hand. In 2012-2013 I went from 190-132 and now after 2 kids (and I'm done breastfeeding) I am back on the wagon. Awesome progress lady! You'll Reach your goal soon!

Awesome thanks everyone! I will look at online SL and body weight no equip videos. I am tracking my calories on MFP, increasing my protein intake and eating at deficit. I definitely don't want to use my babies as weights but I like the wearing and walking idea. I looked at Fitness Blender and the vids seem friendly enough.…

Before kids (in 2013) I reached my goal. 5'5", 133 lbs, 36-28-36.... I am out of shape after my kids and have recently started up MFP again. Hope to see how close I can get to those stats by end of the year.

Scale hasn't moved for 2 weeks so today I whipped out the measuring tape and did a mid month check in (usually just measure 1/month) and to my delight saw the drop in inches. I like to track my weight fluctuations on the scale but as I get closer to goal the measuring tape is my best friend!
