loosing 160lbs to natural physique competitor

as of this week i will have lost 160lbs sitting at a comfortable 11% bodyfat and am now 13 weeks out from my 1st natural physique titles and am feeling very confident about it, its been a 18 months journey and deffinetly hasn't been easy but nothing worth doing ever is...eat clean,train dirty and live the dream
