Hello Everyone,
I'm 21 years old,
I came upon this app through a co worker and it changed my life,
Last summer I was weighing in at close to 280 pounds, I started this app weighing at approximately 250-260 pounds on February 1 2017, to this day I am weighing in at 178 pounds.
All I did was eat the same exact stuff as I usually do, I would just calorie count and learned to really like it, still have my Taco Bell 2-3 times a week, ice cream every night, drink but usually on weekends, and cheat day on Sundays.
The first month in to the app I did not join any gym and lost about 10-15 pounds the following month I joined the gym, and go to this day, Monday - Friday for 1 hour on treadmill.
Through my whole life I struggled with always being overweight, it wasn't that I was eating bad things it was just my calorie intake was very high and I didn't realize it until after using this app I learned that my usual Taco Bell runs for 1 lunch would consist of close to 5,000 calories which was insane.
For anyone who's just starting out, don't give up I promise you to eat the same stuff just stay under your calorie goal and you will lose all the weight you need to.

Fantastic job.You look amazing!Question do you eat pasta and pizza?Or you basically do low carb?I know you said you ate everything even Taco Bell and ice cream with one cheat day but how did you lose all that weight? What was your calories limit when you weighed 270?I have to lose 100 pounds but I eat a lot of pasta and pizza and always go over the calories.Did this ever happened to you?0
