I'm 40 but I have more than 40 pounds to lose but that's where my first goal is right now. I have cut my portions, tried to stay away from sugar and wheat as much as possible and have been trying to get more exercise. I just started this last week :) Good luck!

I love my Kinect. So much easier to use than having to hold onto a remote on the Wii. I have both and prefer the Kinect. I use zumba and Just Dance 4 for my exercising. I also like the sports games that come with it.

I have to agree. I bought the books because of the show and Book 3 was so good so if they veer off like they did with True Blood, I'm done with the show. True Blood was an EPIC fail!
