we consistenly spend $200/week for 2 adults that includes breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner lots of fresh fruits and veggies, etc it is WAY more expensive to eat healthier for sure! that also includes things like dish soap, deoderant whatever we need that week not sure what we spend on just food

so you eat crummy for a day or 2 when your sick we need to be realistic life happens and this is a lifestyle change not a diet so if your not sick every week i think its absolutely ok to have the odd crappy day! life happens! when its too rigid is when people will "fall off"

I want this to be a lifestyle change not a diet i am learning what to eat to be healthy i think from time to time we are all going treat ourselves 1 day here and there for gigantic cookie isnt gonna hurt anyone!

Sounds like you need to diet less and lifestyle change more! I hate the word diet and i hate dieting! Try in corporating healthier things in to you lifestyle, even taking the stairs in stead of the elevator! Good luck:happy:
