When I'm sick, I eat what I want. Most of the time all I when I'm sick is Chinese, Vietnamese, and french fries. It's whatever makes me feel good. So now I'm on this "life style change"....and I'm sick. So I've blown it. Any ideas to keep up on the good work? It sucks to see what I've lost come back just because I'm ill.

    so you eat crummy for a day or 2 when your sick
    we need to be realistic
    life happens
    and this is a lifestyle change not a diet
    so if your not sick every week i think its absolutely ok to have the odd crappy day!
    life happens!
    when its too rigid is when people will "fall off"

    if you're like me, you're retaining water. I actually am also sick today (wisdom teeth making me nauseous) and have been for the past few days. I doubt if I've gained any fat since I haven't gone over on calories but I am definitely swollen up like a balloon from not sleeping well, having a fever, and higher sodium foods. Hope you get to feeling better and remember it's the long term that matters. :)
