I eat well but I don't overly restrict myself.
I took a kickboxing class, a spinning/ab class, I do the stepper for cardio...and most importantly..I strength train. A LOT of strength training 0 -
This is an excellent reminder of how far I could have come if I had stayed as focused as you.
