Hi, before I shopped I did a little online research to find the best type of shoe for my feet. I switched to Asics Gel Kayano for the added support and stabiliy. I really like them and my joints and sore feet are much happier since I switched. Have fun shopping!

Hi, I'm new to the challenge. I've been walking quite regularly since last spring and would like to step it up a bit to 100 miles for the month - will add some biking also.

I add Chobani Greek vanilla yogurt to protein/fruit smoothies. A serving has 22 grams protein.

I use Steva in the Raw to sweeten smoothies, oatmeal and tea. Love it.
