I feel like I haven't been very clear. When I was going before my goal was to become fitter, not necessarily thinner as I wasn't as weighty as I am now. I didn't eat fast food, nor did I have super terrible eating habits prior, which is why I lost fat as well as gained muscle. I am now currently eating very clean with help…

I wouldn't call working out four or five times a week for two hours (an hour of cardio, and an hour of weights) a day luck, but I agree, 30lbs is more than I would count on reaching. I won't be heart broken if I don't reach it, but it's one of those things that I'd rather set a goal a little out of reach than set one…

From what I understand the idea behind it is to do a few minutes of a warm up, weights, and then cardio because the weights boost your metabolism and you're burning fat a lot longer with weights than with cardio (think instant, but not sustaining) weight loss. So you're already burning fat once you've lifted weights, and…

I'd also like to join, even though I'm a week late. SW 195 Christmas Goal 160 Final Goal 135ish

Alright, thanks everyone! Friend requests sent, I look forward to getting to know you, and to hit milestones together :)

SW (again) 195 Goal 130ish (when my body feels healthy) Just started again, I got really into working out for a long time, and didn't utilize the calorie counter, but this time I'd like to keep better track of what I'm eating while I workout. Any ladies that have similar journey's feel free to add me. :)

I say it because I didn't believe in taking photos, and just happened to have them a month apart. I didn't see any changes in myself, but the pictures show a change. It was just a very helpful thing to see the progress through the pictures, since I couldn't see it any other way.

It is, and thank you :)

I've decided to set my calories at 1700 with a 40/30/30 macro goal. And try to focus spreading out my meals while working out 4 times a week with the cardio I've been doing, think 10 minutes in the beginning followed by 10-20 minutes of walking/running after the weights. If I'm unhappy in a month or so with my results I'll…

I usually start with 10 minutes of cardio to warm up, and then switch to weights, and then finish with 10-20 more minutes of cardio. If it's 10 minutes, I do a higher intensity level than if it's 20 minutes at the end. The website is telling me 1880 calories, with the gain muscle, lose weight option... but showing (very)…

Suprised?

I grew up in OK, but I'm currently in NC. :) If you'd like to add me. I'm debating moving back in a couple of years when I finish school.

MrMike I bet you'll make a lovely lady. :) Humorous costumes are up there with creepy ones. :) I ordered my nurse dress, hat, shoes, and stuff to make the mask. Decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and be the nurse. Now I just have to hope the local halloween stores here will have a giant fake syringe for me. If not…

I think I might be a silent hill nurse. I don't have anyone to coordinate with, but this way at least I'll be sexy and creepy at the same time. Best of both worlds. :)

I want to do it accurate, or not at all... but I'm still debating other options. I keep changing my mind. Part of me want to do something creepy, but that's not usually what I go for. I smile a lot, and I think that ruins that facade. :)

Starting weight for this challenge: 182 Current weight: 180.4 Goal by Halloween: 169 (but 165 would be better.) Down almost 2 lbs. Considering it's been a rough week, I'm not unhappy with this. It's more than I expected.

I was thinking of a post apocalyptic angel complete with (making) folding wings... but I'm not sure I want something so elaborate, so I'm still brain storming.

182 Currently. :)

I'd love to join this. No idea what I'm going to be, but it's a big motivator!

I'm still around, Week 3 Day 1 finished. Those three minute runs were hard on my calves. I finished though, and it wasn't as grueling as I expected. I'm scared for the coming weeks though.

It was more of a wondering if damage to my liver might cause the pot belly effect, meaning I gained more weight there because of the liver, than I normally would, which makes it harder to determine body shape. I don't think my profile is private, so you should be able to see pictures, but I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 186.

Finished W1 D3 today, did an extra minute of running. Really enjoying myself, but I feel like the hard work is going to begin soon. Hopefully I can keep myself motivated!
-
I just finished W1 D3, and I run at 4mph and walk at 2.5mph. It works for me. I wanted to walk at 3mph, but it's just too much for now. I'm hoping as I'm working out I'll be able to up my pace slowly, and if not, I'll start over after this is over and focus on speed. :)
-
I'm on Week 1 Day 3 tomorrow, feel free to add me if you'd like. :)
-
Just did my W1 D1 run. :) When I logged it from the app on MFP it said I was running a bit faster than I was. I was only going 3.5mph during my run time, as I've heard not to take it too quickly at first, and I am going from NO exercise to this... I think I can do 4mph, but that still seems like brisk walking to most…

You look amazing! Mind if I friend you for inspiration?

Thanks :) The endearing smiles :)
