I take no stock in their stats, as GenFo said after running for nearly an hour and it shows 35 cals when the HRM shows 535. I just thought it was bizarre lol. Once I am done I will redo the missions without the chases and just see if I can improve my overall time as I keep track of each run on my phone.

Oh I love me some sardines! I remember trying them when I was very young, my mother loved them. Saying that they have to be in oil and boneless and skinless. I love them on German rye bread with butter. oh see now there is a tin in the cupboard, just might have to eat it for breakfast!

I tried WW when they first came out with the points system. It was really complicated to me, having to carry around the book with that had foods listed, keeping track of your points etc. etc. The problem for me was that I couldn't look at food in terms of a point as everything has a different calorie amount. Don't rush and don't do too much, as this is what caused the injury in the first place. Do what you can but if it gets worse stop! Ibuprofen and ice would certainly help. Good luck.

I've got mission 17 lined up for today. I can't believe I've only got 6 more! When I first got the app I thought, ha 23 runs, yeah right! Any clue at all when they are coming out with season 2? I can't find anything on the blog about it.

When I run my highest HR is about 173 and that's on a sprint. For my formulation my high should be 176, I don't hit that very often anymore as I've gotten fitter. Was recently in hospital and was on their heart rate monitor and my resting HR was between 60-64, I was very happy with that!

The visit to the emergency room for heart palpitations yesterday, really scared me.
