Do you have those friends on Facebook who are always uploading food photos
stuff like cupcakes, pasta, muffins, chocolates, milkshakes, chips
and they're SKINNY!?!?!?!
makes me wonder how they eat this everyday and aren't obese.

Probably smaller portions. I will have (or had) multiple cupcakes, the whole box of pasta, multiple muffins, the whole bar of chocolate, an extra large milkshake and a whole bag of chips. Chances are they enjoy those things in smaller portion sizes.0

its just hard ..
im counting calories in everything! from low fat milk, apples etc...
and these girls, petite and they aren't the gym going type, seem to go through bars of choc and bags of chip and yet remain so pretty and thin.0 -
Perhaps they've already learnt the art of moderation......?0

I am forever posting pics of food I cook. Any pastries are usually the ones I am gifting or giving away. My mother in law asked me how I manage to lose weight with all the food I post. Moderation is the key. Any recipes I make for hubby and I are low cal low fat versions.
*The cheesecake in my profile pic was made for my daughters fiance for his birthday. We had one skinny slice each and they took the rest home!0 -
