Hi What kind of dinners are you having, I find having some pasta 1 -2 hours before a work out, and a smoothy with fresh banana,orange, almond milk with honey just before. My opinion is try to get ur boost out off food.

Sorry for jumping in here, But where do you buy your vitamins ??? iv been told not to buy from supermarkets as they are not strong enough to have any benefits. Im in the uk scotland....... any avice

I would suggest going on you tube, look at amanda russell and mike chang. They have a lot off clip you can look at and do with out buying any dvd's Good luck xxxx

You Tube is realy good for exercisising at home. Type in Amanda Russell she has some realy good videos,hard but short and they realy work. xxx Good luck

Yes Defo you should eat at least half off what you are burning off with exercise. A wee tip I have found that works for me eat some protein after exercise and drink loads of water.

Thinking about it if ur up for it u could try making ur own wholewheat pizza dough. that would make it a bit healthier.

I think u are on to a good thing wih the baguete pizza and salad sounds lovely. A wee tip dont use tomato puree staight out the tin or tub. Mix it with some water, mixed herbs, garlic and what ever oil u preffer.id use extra virgin rapesead oil And maybe try low fat fetta or mozzarela. Hope that helps

Thats very true, my sugar isnt coming from candy bars or processed foods. I could not belive how much sugar is in bran flakes and raisins. Which is what i realy enjoy for breakfast maybe ill cut it down to having it evey couple off days. What do you track I may change mine and take sugar out.

yeh noted prob a better meal to eat thank you.. (im a bit addicted to bread since im making it with my new bread machine lol) Just with doing 2 workout classes I though pasta would be good to have.

Thanks, I do 2 workout classes. Iv been reading up on all the bmr, defician and bmi OMG Im soooooo confused and its making me think am i doing it properly. ooo and thankyou on the weight loss.

ooo thanks i think iv been doing that, if my work out burns off 500 cals ill only eat back 250. is that right or should i not eat any back ????

Thank you I think ill look at getting a smaller plate, the ones im using are like space ships ha ha ha. Thats my problem i am measuring so when im putting it on my plate it looks like a realy small portion and mentaly i dont feel im getting enough. Its defo all in the mind.

Hi yeh I agree you are not eating enough, A wee sugestion that I find helps when iv not ate enough calories. Have some nuts or seads for a snack, they are healthy and good for you and up's ur cals. Hope this helps xxxx

Iv just bought a bread machine aswell, iv used the bread mix you can buy from the shops. There are lots off makes but the rye bread mix from lidl is realy good. and the wholewheat mix from tesco is lovely. Iv just found some realy good recipies from the bbc fod web site.
