1 large egg 2 large egg whites A smidge of water (helps make it fluffy w/o calories) 1 or 2 oz of colby or colby jack cheese 1 large mushroom 1 pepper (depending if I have any) 2 oz. of chicken lunch meat I eat this most often. Loaded with protein. There are some great ideas on here though!!

Good running shoes. Get you gait analyzed at a running store. Take your time and listen to your body. Eat a good high protein snack before running. Listen to your body (yes I know I repeated myself). Agreed! This can make ALL the difference on your joints. Take things slowly. I heard that they have podcasts you can download on your ipod for training. I have read mulitple websites that compare it to Zumba done with a heart rate monitor and it's pretty close. I couldn't believe it either. I burned 1000 calories last night.
