  • I generally weigh in once a week on the same date and time of day. For me first thing in the morning is easist. If you weigh in only once weekly then the scale should be pretty accurate. Make sure you are eating at least 1200 calories a day or you might actually gain a little weight.
  • Invest in a good heart rate monitor that shows calorie burn. Well worth the investment. Then log it under cardio yyou can create your own workouts there.
