I'm 39, lost a total of 40, gained back 10 while not logging. I like checking out others meals and food diaries. My current goal is to loose the 10 I gained back plus an additional 10. So aiming for 20 pounds total. Feel free to add me, anyone-(who's not a creep). Lol.

well...I would say to restart a routine...don't try to go even harder then normal on exercise...that could lead you to further dissapointment. Stick to what you can do regularly! Just get back on track...a week of sitting on the couch eating and feeling sorry for yourself may lead to you NOT being able to fit in a stadium…

thanks everyone...guess their is no simple answer....going to keep doing what I have been...hopefully the cylcing will at teh very least tone up what I have...get rid of the jiggle

thanks I just used it too, found your link on a google search after trying for about 10 nminutes to come uop woth something. I was pushing a double stroller with 2 kids that would roughly add up to the 75 pounds on the calculator...might be a few pounds under. I think it sounds high at 510 but I know I burned more then 170…
