It went fast and I like that I can eat on this diet too. But I do feel it's key to eat as often as I can when I can and not to get to hungry so I feel good.

  • Kefir is like a yogurt and often times found in the yogurt section. It's thicker than milk but very tasty. There are ways to also make Kefir homemade but it's not nearly as tasty as the real stuff. Perhaps you can order it online but then shipping to Africa can be expensive I am sure.   • I was going to say the same thing about the fat intake...it should be 60% to 65% of your calories for both weight loss and maintenance. It's the protein that you want to control to some degree. I try to keep mine to 90 grams or so...give or take. That's about 25% my daily calories.
