I think it truely depends on each of our own bodies, i had a c sec 15yrs ago and still have that "roll" the next pregnancy was vaginal so i have the "top roll" well thats how i like to explain my rolls! no matter how much weight ive ever lost neither has ever actually gone away.

ha..i believe so, for example someone brought in some cheesecake so i ate a little piece (log it) about an hour later i grabbed a reese cup then 10 minutes later i grabbed 2 lifesaver mints....mind you i havent eaten sweets in about a week for this reason!

i had wls in 06 lost 130lbs and have some loose skin on my arms and lower tummy, not to bad though. people dont even know i had wls. a friend of mine recently lost 120lbs in 1yr and has arm skin but no where else...she looks fabulous!

excersizing for me is a huge stress reliever, sounds wierd but i just feel so relax (or dead..lol) when i'm done. i wake up early too just to start the day right and not feel so stressed!

i am a 40D and my favorite is Champion. I used to get them at Kohls and died when they quit selling them but i found them at Target, they cost like $15 and the girls stay in place, i can run without pain!

I shouldve said this but i do eat pretty healthy but like many people i have my downfalls every now and then, even with the downfall i include every calorie and dont short myself and after breakfast and lunch i still have roughly 900 calories left when it comes time for dinner. I snack on fruit and veggies ALL day.

mon-fri i eat pretty much the same thing yogurt on the way to they gym, snack is some sort of fruit or yogart, lunch usually salad with only lettuce, egg and a low calorie dressing, next snack some sort of fruit or nut, at this time i still have over 900-1000 calories left to eat dinner usually racks up about 500 calories.…

i rotate each day, so eliptical level 8 doing hill cascades, bike level 8 hill cascades, treadmill manual incline level 8, weight lifting going from machine to machine. I dont like breakfast either but i eat a gogurt on the way to the gym at 5a then do at least 45 min of cardio, normally i burn around 500calories then I tell myself to eat again around 9ish, i dont feel hungry i just know i have to eat, i eat lunch around 1p, and then the big food intake of the day is definately dinner.

i think it just depends on the persons body, my highest weight i was 306 got down to 169 at one time a few years ago and it never left!! I am at 229 now and still have it.

It actually motivates me but no i dont rely on it, i'm so frusterated from being on this plateau for over a month but i like to push that button just to remind myself that eventually if i keep this up i will be at that weight.

Did I write this?? I have been trying to figure all this out myself, i'm rarely over my calories i excersize alot and i eat back my calories most of the time but i have only lost 13 pounds in 2 months. Just trying to stay positive!!

I like to make chicken wraps, just chicken breast, cheese, and lettuce to wrap it in. Of course you could add other things but im picky....who wouldve guessed!

I log it right before i eat it, for me if i see what calories i have left i tend to stay away from something i shouldnt eat!
