Eat the bread. Find better breads to eat, though. Good, healthy bread can be a part of any life..................unless you've got that gluten thing going on (like EVERYONE has that gluten thing.........hmmmm :yawn: )

My new favorite for chocolate cravings is Chocolate Cheerios! Only 100 cals for 3/4 cup...................and it's actually kinda good for you, so I usually have 2 SERVINGS! Really nice crunch & chocolate taste. Although sometimes only CHOCOLATE will do :) Eat on, my friends!

Red Lobster's "Wood Fired Grill Southwest Chicken Sandwich"...........a whopping 1210 calories! Which I had at a lunch with my fam just before Christmas................didn't eat the whole thing in one sitting, but holy moly Batman! It sounded like a healthy option - HA HA!

I agree with those who say to use your own spices.................chili powder is cheap, and you can always add tabasco if you like a real kick! You can also buy spiced beans in a can, which add some heat. Eat up!
