I understand where you are coming from hun, but I never stated that it was for SPECIFICALLY for weight loss. Yes, I indeed did lose weight while trying it, but that is MY personal experience. I mentioned vitamins and how it gets me to the bathroom more regularly, but I never once said that this is a "weight loss"…

Haha, I do mean that, I am in no way someone that wants or tries to offend anyone. Just a nice gal wanting to share my personal experiences with fresh lemon water with fellow MFP's, the negativity just seems a bit unnecessary to me from some users.

I agree! I understand if I was stating a diet pill or some quick fix diet plan, but this is just natural WATER and LEMON. If it can harm you in any way...then i'll be damned if I eat another fruit or drink water again! There are many people in this post stating that it works for them, it can't be that much of a load of…

I warm up the water just a little past room temperature, as if i'm about to make tea, and I squeeze half of a lemon into a full glass of water, then I eat oatmeal or fresh fruit for breakfast. It definitely gets your bowels moving lol but I feel more refreshed!! It's definitely worth a try if you can get past the sour…

LOL! I can only imagine how bad she works you, i've done a few of her workouts before and it felt like I ran around the U.S border!!! But that'd be great, we can definitely work out, and then complain about how sore we are to each other, together! Lol. Thank you!! :)

Wow, you've all done GREAT with loosing so many inches!!!!!!! And I agree, measuring is so much more motivational, the scale just makes you want to chuck it out of the window lol! Well then, measuring it is!! :drinker:

Oatmeal is so good!!! There's other flavors too that are delicious, I love the oatmeal with strawberry chunks in it, and I always toss in a banana, yummm!!!

Once every, or every other day, at the same time each day. It fluctuates so much though, so I try to do it every other! But make sure it's at the same time every day because your body is different weights at certain times of the day, so you'll get a more accurate reading!! :happy:
