Instead of ice cream, I eat frozen bananas. Instead of bread for my cheese , I eat pieces of cucumber. Instead of bacon, I eat raw serrano ham. Instead of sugar, I eat honey. Instead of milk for my cereal, I eat yogurt. I hope I help :3

I try to workout for 2-3 hours 5-6 days a week. I do inline rollerblading, so when I'll be back to the gym I guess I'll workout 1-1,5 hours , 5 days a week.
