Did you do any weight training? If so, you would increase muscle mass, therefore gain weight. But that's good weight of course! But if you are eating not enough, then you are putting your body in starvation mode. Therefore, storing fat.

I haven't tried the Skinny Girl Restore & Cleanse, however, the MAX MUSCLE Cleanse and Lean is one awesome product. It does the same thing, but I know from experience that it works well! It does give you the runs the first time using it though, but you probably already knew that! S

All sorts of different kinds of mustard, just look at the labels to avoid sugar! I even make my own: mix chipotle powder with any regular mustard!! Gives my food an extra kick without added salt!
