i weigh daily and often a few times use it as a gage but as long as it does not control you nothing is wrong with it.

I have done it with and without mfp...but it is way easier to have the support. yes it is only keeping tract of in and out.....but a slip over the holidays and no recording cost me a entire months hard work 6 lbs up..... so I agree mfp helps

to gym today and did 40 mins or 3 + miles on elipitical. had a bad day yesterday but today is a new great day :wink:

I AM SO IN!! I have lost 30lbs since aug and sort of stalled a bit, but no back sliding. I am up for the challenge.

I still think food at home is better in calories and easier to keep tract of. I find there are better days than others and that each day just keep logggin in and it works

i add protein powder 1/2 scoop and oat emal instead of flour and it is so filling

HI I did a 7 day cleanse diet , 3 vitamins a day with veg +++++ and white protein(fish and chicken) I had protein drink daily for breakfast . I lost 5 lbs in the week and lost all my cravings for sweets and carbs.....it really worked for me give it a try :happy:
