    Ok..i has a rocky start but tomorrow I want to do it rite... But I am new at this and I want some advice, how many times should I eat a day and is this better than reducing the times I eat???

    Honestly, I'm really just hoping to maintain in December, That will be an achievement in itself with all the social and family stuff I have going on! I'm still going to use this thread to weigh in though :)

    I'm definitely in this month. Have had two BAAAAAD months and actually gained 10 lbs....but not December, I am not going into 2012 another 5lbs heavier so I'm back - need a challenge and a focus. Thanks again for starting this up every month :-D

    OK so I guess I'll weigh in tomorrow and take it from there, my weigh-in's will be Mondays thereafter

    Here is how this group works.

    Don't change your weigh-in days just for the group. Report in when you weigh.

    This group has been going every month for over a year. (Maybe longer..Bru do you remember) We gain and lose people every month. We are informal and work to support each other in this journey. Be a cheerleader for each other. There are no formal rules....just be nice and helpful.

    Posting goals here is a great idea.

    I have been really lazy since school started so my big goal is to walk at least 1 mile every day.
