    Well I have lost another 2 lbs. thanks to the Challenges on MFP. I am so grateful. Checking in and being accountable is the key.

    Going for a walk today and the week after Christmas gonna be at my Moms for the week so hope to keep up with my exercise routine.

    Well I am maintaining. I keep thinking "here come a week without a lot of activities" and then something always seems to come up. Hope all is well with everyone. Hopefully soon I can catch up on all the posts.

    Hope everyone is having a fabulous Monday. I know you all must be busy this time of year. But remember to take time out fir you. This is the time I usually drop working out, bake, and bake then eat and eat. But, no more I worked out today and no eating baked sweets.

    the water dropped off but no extra weight.. after all that exercise last week 2-3 times a day and nearly 1,000 extra cals burned some days.. so disappointed. :sad:

    but back to 147lbs for this week, hopefully lose something next week!

    hey all im weighing in on thursday again this week as i got an unbalevable shift coming up 9am thursday until 4pm friday :sad: (i do get to sleep 11pm-6.30am)

    im hoping another pound has come off this week ill be right on track if it does :bigsmile:

    So I have stayed at 168.6 all week so im gonna hit the elliptical today and see if I cant lose the .6 so that I can have a good weigh in tomorrow.. started the month at 169.4 so I have lost .8 of a pound so far .... We will have to see what tomorrows weigh in brings I will be trying really hard to drink lots of water today. ... This will be my FIRST Pound Lost since June!!
