Your warmup can be anything, you basically just want to warm up your blood and warm up hr muscles as well. For example my warm ups are stretching and I so my abs first thing. After that I head into my heavy lifting nice and warm.

I usually toast an English muffin put some butter on both sides and put an egg on each side. Really good.

You also have to consider the fact that when you diet the first thing you lose is water. Which means that the initial weight loss comes from loss os water. After that eat lots of fruit and vegetables with whole grains and lean protein like fish and chicken. (Not fried) Just workout when you can. Weigh yourself just once a…

It's definitely ok. I uswd to have goals like moving on the next belt hole and fitting into a certain pair of jeans without sucking it in. Totally acceptable goal. And in some ways a better one than perhaps inches because it's something you can actually see.

Awesome journey, I bet you feel great, I know exactly how you feel. I was once almost 200lbs. I now weigh 141lbs. I never took any pictures though. I wish I would've, but oh well. Celebrate everyday! !!

You should start off by doing both. I would recommend a three days of circuit training with cardiovascular training in between.

Also you could try making a shake for breakfast. mine is 1 banana, 2 cups of milk, 2 tbs of peanut butter, and maybe some protein powder if you want. Gets me right through lunch.
