Go to Lunch?
What's your go to lunch? The lunch that you can't wait to eat after working all morning. Mine is a big salad with romane lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, cheddar cheese, 2 chicken breasts. And 2 big wheat tortilla wraps with yogurt dressing to go with it. What's yours?

Your opinion of muscle gaining meal?
I used to think that to get bigger I had to eat like 4000 calories a day. Of those 4000 calories most of that had to be protein and carbs. I of course did gain weight and muscle, but the fat that I gained while eating like that was not worth the muscle that I grew. I would then have to waste valuable time trying to lose…

Working out while sick?
Just curious about everyone else's opinion on this. I personally still hit the weights if I can go to work and not feel exhausted. Whole eggs vs Egg whites
I'm just curious about people's opinion on this topic. I myself eat 2 whole eggs every morning. The idea of just egg whites gross me out big time. Take out the yolk and you take out the flavor. I don't like hard boiled eggs though. Just over medium, I've also read tjat there's good stuff in the yolk as well not just fat.
