I come up with goals and won't allow myself anything bad till I reach it:) right now it's every time I lose 5 pounds. Then I can have a cheat meal.

I can deffintley relate to this. My Dad passed a year ago and It was a shock to everyone! I stopped eating myself for a couple weeks. Once that passed I ate everything In sight gaining easily 20 pounds. I started going to grief share and that really helped me phsycally and mentally. That's when I could stop my problem and…

It depends on the person! I always stick to 1200 cal a day. It always feels me up unless I'm on my cheat day then I'll go over. I usually lose 2 pounds a week :happy:

Anyone on here have any advice about eating after work? I work mostly 2nd shift. So around midnight when I get home I want to eat!! Its hard to stay out of the kitchen. Help please??
