There are millions of people trying to achieve this everyday, so well done! It wont stop you in the slightest, if anything it will be beneficial, the MFP suggestions are usually too low but if you are trading carbs for protein then keep doing this.

I was similar to yourself, struggling for time to exercise with a new baby so i just set my alarm earlier and work out in the morning before work. 1200 Calories seems really low, i would suggest calculating your TDEE and subtracting 500 calories per day. If you go too low you will hit a plateau very early and you wont be able to drop further. Your body will also enter starvation mode and you will stop losing weight. 1lb per week is the optimal weight loss amount.
