TurboFire is such a fat burning workout program. Results you can expect to see are weight loss, a very whittled and strong core, and very toned arms! Celine I think support panties are fine. I had my c-sections many years ago, but I can remember that area being sensitive for quite some time! Have you started TF yet? There is a ton of core work (from all the twisting and tucking). Take care!

So true Jacci! For the past 2 days I've been logging my calories in advance - that way I know going into the day where I'm standing. Of course, I have to tweak throughout the day. You are also so spot on about working out - never once have I finished a workout and NOT felt better after!

If you purchased your TF from Beachbody, they will replace a bad disk for you. If not, you are SOL. :-( I do have some DVDs, in general, that don't play well in the laptop. I would try them in the DVD player to see if they work. If so, then it is a laptop issue. If they don't play in either, then you need to send them back…

I totally hear you on the getting bored thing @lul123. I like to add in different things as well - Chalean Extreme is a really nice complement to TurboFire - it's a strenght training program, and it has some nice cardio in it as well. I'm doing a hybrid right now.
