MFP works out how many calories your body needs to lose weight, ie you would maybe need 1600 cals per day but to lose 2lbs per week you will need 1200, therefore the calories you burn exercising are extra as the calorie deficit is already taken in to account, good luck with all your goals

yep! i have seen a basic calorie set to just 750, then 2000 extra for exercise and then only about 200 calories total consumed :( genuinly worried for the persons health :*(

unclothed, everytime, but if you wear clothes it needs to be exactly the same thing each time!

Drinking ice cold water burns more calories, due to your body having to warm itself up again, think its someting like 10 calories burned if u eat/suck an ice cube?!

its a good idea to consume close to that because as you loose weight your BMR will lower, so you will lower the calories needed, if you start too low then you will have no where to go as 1200 is the minimum recommended :)

It does get easier............ Then u start the second month! But seriously it does get easier and you'll find you do the moves more effectivly, I spent the 1st week on ibuprofen and radox bath salts! :)
