Super congrats on beating cancer!! If you can do that, the weight game should be super easy. Take one day at a time. Be conscious of your decisions and be sure to keep as active as you are able to at this time. Feel free to add me if you would like.

I know that feeling. I have done the same and have also been the one MIA. But that isn't me anymore thanks to the motivation and support of others. I started my journey at 337lbs and am currently 279lbs and well on my way! Feel free to add me.

Hi, I'm a mom of 4 kiddo's and am on a mission to get back to my 150lb body. Feel free to add me!

Hi. I also suffered from depression. I was taking Paxil at the time. I also didn't want to live taking pills. I stopped taking it and went thru some really dark days. It took me a while, but I mustered up the energy to incorporate exercise starting with walking and yoga. That slowly helped my mood and mood swings. I…

That is such an accomplishment! Great job!!

i started Insanity at over 300+ lbs. While I had to modify a lot of steps, I still was sweating and out of breath! As I got stronger I modified less and less. I have completed the 30 days a couple times over. I had days I got up feeling like I couldn't walk, but I kept pushing. You don't want to hurt yourself obviously, so…

I completely agree with you. I started my journey weighing in at 337 lbs. I started working out eliptical, weights, stationary bike same as you. I decided to tackle the treadmill. I couldn't even run a full minute. I just kept at it. I was so sore...I mean running at 300+ lbs is no easy feat to the rest of the body. But as…

Running is great, isn't it?! I started a c25k app also to improve my running skills and I started at 300+ lbs. I also do HIIT exercises like Insanity and HASfit vid's on you tube specifically HASfit Warrior workout which has 3 parts to it, however you will need to warm up before and cool down after as it goes right into…

I have done some free HASfit video's specifically the Warrior workout that has 3 parts. Part 2 was killer and the abs portion of it had my entire torso sore, which rarely happens! Check it out on youtube. You won't regret it. HASfit Warrior workout part 2. You may want to warm up before doing that video cuz it goes right…

My first one was the Fitbit Ultra and I loved it. It lasted a few years before biting the dust and then I got a fitbit One and love it! Def worth the investment!

Hey! I'm a walker too. I consider myself a wogger. LOL (walker/jogger) Even if you don't see the numbers on the scale going down you are getting toned, so I guess that would equate to inches being shed, so, YAY!! It's good that you eat healthier, I struggle with that, as I'm an emotional eater, something I am getting…

It used to be oatmeal for me, but I got so tired of it. and def toast with peanut butter as well every now and then! Lately it's a tortilla with a scrambled egg and a crumbled beef sausage. :D
-
Exactly ME! LOL ^^^^^^^

Yep, I also agree with this. I have been on my journey for a long time and setting long term goals hasn't worked, However, I now set monthly goals and have been on point, despite the few hiccups and bumps along the way! Great advise!!
-
you may want to reevaluate your goals and settings. I had the same issue for a while, my highest weight was 337lbs. Evaluate, what types of food you are eating and try to change it up, your body may be used to what you are already doing. I'm no expert, but I've been on this journey long enough and 20 x's over to really…

I agree, 135lbs is good for this height. I'm between 5'7"-5'9" and have gotten down to 150 and still was feeling like I could have lost more, but then babies happened and 13 years later here I am again. LOL Now my babies are getting older so I'm working on it again. Good luck to you and congrats on the weight you have lost…
-
I know what you mean. I have lost over 40 lbs and no one notices and if I say I'm working out or going to work out I get the eye brow raise, like, since when. You just keep on going. As you lose you will feel so much better and more confident as YOU see your body changing. I have been so in tune with myself and subtle…

Hey, you made it 3 weeks and that is GREAT! You got bored with it? LOL I never got bored but did get tired of hearing "What's up y'all, I'm Shaun T.." LOL You should definitely make time for yourself and jump on the insanity wagon again. We can all hold each other accountable. Either way, thank you and good luck to you…
-
Hi, I'm currently at the same weight as you and am ready to go full steam ahead. If you want support and the like, feel free to add me. We can make this happen. Let's do this! :flowerforyou: :glasses:

Heck yeh restart Insanity! People do a few rounds of it to really get great results! I did insanity last summer for the 30 days and had great results. I would def encourage you to really plan your healthy meals to really get the maximum benefit of the program. I may have to pull that one out again. I ended up breaking my…

I find fitness apps very useful. Sworkit, Sugarpop Fitness, or just buying some weights and start using them. I've worked up some serious sweats with them. You can tailor it to what you want to work on, including strength training. Give it a try.
