  • The last 3 days have went well with tracking my food and fasting. My eating window is 10-6. Exercise not so good I did mow some grass/leaves today. I can say I have had more energy. Looking forward to weighing in on Saturday.

  • Weigh in day I am down 2 for the week. I am struggling between low carb which I struggle to stay on or just counting calories. I think going to do 1400 calories that way don’t feel deprived. If I want a cookie and have the calories no quilt. I do know I lose slower in calorie but slow and steady wins the race. Good luck…
