Cindy, I know what you are saying about the red kettle especially if you are out all day shopping you can come across many of them...I do put in each one but sometimes it is just change I find in bottom of my purse.

I am a late comer....but started today outside 40 degrees. I tried this before and never stayed with it so hoping this time will work through it. If it is cold will do it on the treadmill. Looks like everyone is doing a great job. My question is has it helped with the weight loss?
