I'm 6'1.5" and the thinnest I've been as an adult was 180. I looked pretty good at that weight, honestly, and don't think I'd want to go much lower. I have a small/medium frame, but am curvy.

I have a bit more than 30 to lose, but it's an excellent start. Height: 6'2" Starting Weight: 254.4 Current Weight: 244.6 Goal Weight: 190, maybe a bit lower. My lowest weight was 180 and I was bordering on "too" skinny at that point.

You would be much better off plugging in your own recipe to get a more accurate calorie count.
