Protein gets me constipated :--( any ideas on how to work around it? I do eat lot of veggies and decent amt of fruits. more than 80g or protein and I am sorta stuck. help!

I do use measuring cups. I used to track food 6 yearsa go when I tried to lose weight, I measured very accurately and lost consistently. So I have a good eye for portions.. Something seems to be wrong since i turned 30 and had a baby ;--)

usually i do 3-4 days a week for 50mins or so. Lately since I Have some time I have been upping my workout times. My binge days are may be 2 days a week. I eat may be 2100cal. I do measure my food as accurately as possible, follow mindful eating, eat when hungry within limits. I do both cardio and strength. elltiptical…

Vansy, 5lbs is awesome! I had high hopes for the program, but I am just not able to increase protein intake. Can you share your diet plan and results? I hear you get real results in month 2, was that true in your case? Can we chat more? Interested in doing the right thing in month 2 to get maximum benefit of the program!

now_or_never1 I actually stood on it like 10 times in the last couple days variation was only within 1%. so I think it is pretty decent. I am not the one to believe these numbers by looking at them once ;--) Plus the inches, without weight loss, must mean something right?

My scale (Taylor?) shows body fat%. It may not be accurate but i did see it reduce from when I started...

To calrify, I eat only 1300 calories dont eat back exercise calories which is about 400 on days i workout.
